IT SEEMS strange that Dutch police are yet to state how they are treating the death of Richard Cole, more than a week since his body was found.
His family are desperately seeking answers as Mr Cole’s body is finally returned to the UK today.
In this country, police usually state whether a death is being treated as suspicious or not within days, as was the case with Philip Lee’s sad passing on Thursday which is being treated as non-suspicious.
Police in the Netherlands may have different investigation methods, but the fact remains that Mr Cole’s family deserve to know.
This week has shown that Mr Cole meant so much to so many.
Now Mr Cole’s body has been returned to the UK, a frantic period ends for his family and they can start to cherish the many happy memories that Mr Cole has left behind.
